Health Insurance Quoting Process

Once we receive a company’s information, employee census, and plan preferences, we solicit quotes from multiple insurance providers on the company’s behalf. Upon receipt of the proposals, we prepare a comprehensive comparison spreadsheet that includes the current plan alongside the top three to four recommended alternatives. This analysis highlights key plan features, pricing, and benefits for both health and dental coverage, making the comparison process clear and efficient.

After reviewing the comparison, we meet with the prospective client to provide a detailed overview of the selected plans and carriers. Once a company becomes a client, we remain actively involved to ensure continued satisfaction and optimal value. Our services include enrollment meetings (if desired), managing all paperwork and processing through enrollment, and annually re-marketing the plan at renewal to confirm that coverage and pricing remain competitive.
